This whiskey is brought to you from corn raised in Lincoln Township, Emmet County, Iowa. The soil types are primarily Nicollet and Clarion loam soils and sits right along Soldier Creek 2 miles West of Dolliver. Smith and Sons were established in 1976 when Ronald Smith purchased the farm his Great Grandfather, Fred Moltzen, homesteaded in 1886.
