Bourbon Enthusiast

Hearing family stories of Great Grandpa’s moonshine making and dealings with Al Capone, what better way to carry on family history than transitioning from moonshine to bourbon?

In this bottle of bourbon is conventional corn grown on a Thome century farm since 1913. This corn has a high test weight, achieved by applying natural crop enhancements—sugars, fulvics, and humic acids—throughout the plant’s growing stages to improve grain quality and soil health.

In return, this leads to an enhanced flavor and a smoother bourbon. We at Wilside Farms would like to thank you for your interest in our bourbon, and Century Distillery for making this possible.

Enjoy,
