McCaulley’s Peated Blended Bourbon

This rare bourbon respects the law but ignores convention. Crafted with local corn from the McCaulley farm and peated malt from Scotland, this release is from one of five barrels. This first release will only be available to liquor stores through the end of January 2027. Future release dates to be determined! Bourbon mash bill is 51% corn and 49% peated malt, aged in a Char #4 barrel for at least 4 years, bottled at 80 proof.
